The samples accessible through the home page are the clearest statement of what I do. My methods and focus have evolved through the years, naturally. These days I primarily work in Photoshop, with an emphasis on simulated pen and ink drawings—a sophisticated form of tracing, you could say, but with many small, creative choices. Finding the right texture is my big concern. That’s what distinguishes my work, I think, from illustrations created by—rather than with—computer apps. I also do genuine watercolors and pencil drawings. I do not work in Illustrator.

    The illustrations can be delivered as JPG, PNG, TIFF, PDF or PSDC (Photoshop) files or in physical form (paper).
